3. The Newquay Nautilus (Limited Edition Framed Canvas Print)

Newquay was held in a cave on Little Fistral Beach. Newquay has been my stomping ground for many years, and it’s where my CIC, Your Art Connect, first started its life.

This was a really fun event, and the art we created truly reflected the surroundings. There was so much energy that morning, with a wonderfully neurodiverse crowd coming together on the beach.

By the end, the artwork was absolutely covered in paint and heavy with sand. It really feels like a piece of the cave it was created in.

I decided on a Nautilus because I wanted to paint something ancient and fossil-like to add to the whole vibe of the piece.
