So after Blackpool, I decided to double back on myself and hold an event in the heart of Liverpool at Sefton Park. It turned out to be a great choice, as there was no other place I’d rather have been when the turbo on my van decided to break down!

It gave me a chance to stop for a few weeks after being so busy on the tour. For the first time in a while, I got a little taste of being grounded and enjoying being part of a community again.

It was bittersweet when it was finally time to leave, as I’d started making new friendships within the community around Lark Lane, where I’d been parked the entire time.

Fun fact — the second photo is actually Abbey Road in Brighton, not Liverpool. I couldn’t resist taking a picture of it there 🤣
