Saunton Sands Seahorses was created on one of those sunshiney, rainy, rainbow days.

I held the fourth gathering of the Splat and Splash Tour at Saunton Sands in Devon. We had beautiful sunshine all day, right up until the very end. Then, just as I was packing up my van, the heavens opened!

Not long after, a beautiful rainbow appeared. Inspired by that moment, I wanted to paint something cute, colourful and full of joy — and the Saunton Sands Seahorses were born.
