WOW! What can I say about St Davids other that SUCH AN EPIC TURNOUT! We had about 120 people show up for the Whitesands Splat & Splash. I made so many friends and stories for a lifetime in this place. 

I heard about this walrus (Wally) who showed up one day in Tenby. He was lost from his heard and seemed to seek refuge of the community of Tenby. I thought this was so apt for the concept of my campaign with the lost people coming to my gatherings in hope of finding friendships & community for themselves...... Also I painted him in Liverpool and I still can't get that beatles song out of my head. haha

The Tour Art Concept

Each town of the tour will have a collaborative canvas, splatted and splashed with colour by the community who attend. All the emotions that people bring to the event whether they be happy sad love or anger will be conveyed in the splattered backdrop. I then respond to it with my own painting inspired by my time in each place.

By the end of the tour, I’ll have at least 30 originals. They will then be exhibited in a London charity gala at the end of the tour. The show will then travel for a few weeks reaching North, East & West of the UK. This way everyone who took part will have a chance to see the art.
