Free To Play Acrylic & Oil (30cm x 30cm) is the first piece in my new co-creation series. The colourful acrylic background was created during an art meditation session in Bali, by a room full of artists who joined me for my first ever Co-Create and Meditate workshop. Fifteen of us flowed together on the canvas, each adding our own unique mark. It was beautiful to witness.

The next day, I responded in oil paint to the background and painted a humpback whale - an animal that resonates deeply with me, my art, my love for the ocean, and the frequencies I experience through meditation.

Free To Play was also the theme of the meditation that evening. It was designed to unlock our creative flow and guide us into a childlike state of play.
